You will provide insights and foster a fact based decision-making culture by utilizing the knowledge of the current business environment & financial information to drive growth and achieve financial goals.This high visibility, individual contributor role will support the Baby Food business and its innovation projects. The Baby Food Finance Manager will support day-to-day financial management activities as well as provide financial guidance for new product opportunities, and cost savings initiatives. The Manager will report to the Director of Baby Food Finance and work regularly with the Head of Baby Food. The role requires regular work with cross-functional business partners in Marketing, Demand Planning, and Sales to develop and meet business objectives. The role also includes recurring reporting, forecasting, and analysis in support of Total Nutrition and the zone.A' PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:BUSINESS CO-PILOT TO THE TEAM:A cents € cents Actively participate in Monthly Business Planning process to develop financial forecasts, identify business risks/opportunities, and to provide an accurate, timely business outlookA cents € cents Lead the processes for month end and roll-up of the forecast for the business. Responsibilities include calendar/planning of recurring activities, consolidation of the segments, reconciliations, review of Total Baby Food performance, and regular work with financial systemsA cents € cents Participate as the finance lead on a variety of innovation projects across the Baby Food portfolio and prepare business cases for these projects. Additionally, you will be the finance co-pilot for the Pure Play segmentA cents € cents Participate in the annual Integrated Commercial Planning (budgeting) process to create business targets, and plans to achieve such targetsA cents € cents Support the development of Market Business Strategies (long term strategic plans), including analysis and financial roll-ups of these strategiesA cents € cents Create time-sensitive, customized ad hoc analysis in support of zone and Total Nutrition needsA cents € cents Provide daily finance support for the Head of Baby Food Finance and Director of Finance, Baby Food. A' Support Senior Finance Managers during times of work surgeSTRATEGIC INITIATIVE SUPPORT:A cents € cents Support Business Innovation and Renovation pipeline including development of Manufacturing and Sales & Distribution structure modeling and follow-up; compilation of financial data for new product development activitiesA cents € cents Conduct ad-hoc analytics (pricing, channel profitability, competitive benchmarking, consumption vs. shipment analytics, etc.)A cents € cents Lead the development, management and communication of financial initiatives as neededFINANCIAL CONTROLS:A cents € cents Ensure fiduciary responsibilities are upheld across all business decisionsA cents € cents Ensure a deep understanding of the value creation framework among the non-finance expertsA cents € cents Prioritize and as appropriate expand the Nestle Continuous Excellence journey across the organization (both finance and beyond)A cents € cents Proactively identify process improvement and opportunities for standardizationREQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM EDUCATION LEVEL:A cents € cents Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required in Accounting or FinanceA cents € cents 5-7 plus years of experience required within FinanceA cents € cents Budgeting/forecasting and reporting experience required; familiarity with financial systems and toolsA cents € cents Business Co-Pilot experience (P&L modeling background) preferredA cents € cents Scenario planning/analytical skills for base & product development preferredA cents € cents Experience within a matrix organization preferredA cents € cents The successful individual will be a self-starter with superior interpersonal skills, the ability to learn quickly, a have a high level of agility to deliver high performance across projects and responsibilities.The NestlA$ $A' (C) Companies are an equal employment opportunity and affirmative action employer seeking diversity in qualified applicants for employment.
