Summary The Facilities Program Lead will perform project management services in support of the Navy at the Strategic Systems Programs Headquarters (SSPHQ). The Facilities Program Lead is responsible for contract deliverables and day to day oversight and management of contractor personnel. Responsibilities Support facilities management and sustainment functions of Strategic Systems ProgramsA' Headquarters. Perform technical and project management support in the investigation, analysis, and resolution of all facilities sustainment projects and future facility related initiatives, including facility planning, design, document production, and project administration for the execution of facilities related projects. Manage plan inventories of all equipment (copiers, shredders, faxes, and telephones), keys, supplies, furniture, and safes posted on SP16 shared drive. Collaborate with the customer on identifying change or new requirements for space modifications, reconfigurations, and new furniture, or relocated furniture. Prepare facilities requirements, technical briefs, and acquisition documentation, to include but not limited to supply requests, DD Form 1450, Scopes of Work, work schedules, and sequencing plans for the mitigation of mission impact. Manage preparation, coordination, checkout, and installation of Non-Technical Collateral Equipment (NTCE), such as Furniture, Audio Visual, and Security System Equipment for facilities. Perform procurement, storage, inventory, and delivery of supplies, materials, and equipment. Provide support for facility maintenance and new work requests, escort service personnel, interface with customer and track requests. Support facilities key management for internal spaces, furniture/cubicles, and storage units. Provide interim space planning and rollout for new program office. Continuously monitor SP16SERVICEREQUEST and SP16PROCUREMENT platforms and respond to facility/security/telecommunications and procurement service requests. Develop and deliver for approval, Facilities corner information for website/newsletter/all-hands drafts for all facility issues. Responsible for timely completion and submission of contract deliverables. Participate in company meetings, briefs, and audits as required. Maintain quality management efforts for the program/projects in accordance with Chenega company policies and procedures. Monitor timecards in accordance with company policies/procedures and DCAA guidelines and ensure timecards are signed and approved in a timely manner. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. 2-4 years of facilities management experience. Background check and must have the ability to obtain and maintain a secret clearance. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Possess strong leadership abilities. Ability to exercise mature and independent judgment and initiative. Proficient with formatting, processing, and records maintenance for official documents. Proficient with Microsoft Office software, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Project, and Excel. Strong written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, and professionalism under pressure. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands. Ability to travel up to 10% as required. During visits to areas of operations, may be exposed to extreme cold or hot weather conditions. Is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and loud noise.
