The Field MarketingA' SpecialistA' plays a role in executing marketing programs and initiating targeted campaigns; mobilizing the Southwest market and partners to drive reputation and lead generation for all industries.A' This position reports to the Field Marketing Leader while supporting the Southwest Office Managing Partners and Regional Managing Partner as clients. Your success is our success.Key Responsibilities Include: Localizing the national go-to-market strategyExecuting strategic marketing activities, strengthening local sales support, championing the brand within local markets, budget management, and ROI capture and reporting Supporting sales enablement activities and practicesFocusing on engaging key clients, prospects and referral sources into the appropriate activities and tacticsYou will be responsible for:Supporting the development and implementation of the Southwest regional and office marketing plan that localizes national industry and service strategies to enhance brand position and support effective lead generationProviding input into industry campaign decisions including project plan and timeline, project management and resource allocationServing as a resource and key team member in industry-specific campaigns and ensure timely execution of project deliverablesSupporting the advancement of reputation and lead generation goals; measure marketing ROI for local activitiesMonitoring and maintaining Southwest office marketing budgets; provide regular status reports to marketing and office leadershipCollaborating with regional marketing team members to efficiently and effectively execute marketing tactics, including: hosted events, regional sponsorships and digital marketingDriving local market and Partner engagement with Firm content by managing local distribution channels including local trade publications and social mediaManaging local sales support activities to accelerate pipeline conversionLeading the team in serving as marketing's brand ambassador within Firm offices; drive internal and local market awareness of brand attributes and Firm brand initiativesMonitoring local market compliance with Firm policies such as Diversity and InclusionDevelop team skills using the Firm's marketing competency modelExecuting traditional event marketing programs including hosted events/webinars, conferences, and sponsorships to maximize lead generation for assigned practicesPartnering with the Business Development team to drive lead generation and sales conversionYou will need:Required Skills and Competencies:Consultative approach to working with marketing and client service professionals at all levels; able to gain consensus through influence and pivot when warranted Critical thinker with solid problem-solving skills and a data-driven decision-making mindsetStrong knowledge of the marketing mix paired with a practical approach towards producing measurable resultsAbility to work in a virtual team environmentExceptional project management and organizational skills; level of comfort managing priorities across multiple offices and vertical marketsExcellent interpersonal, communications and writing skills, with demonstrated ability to work and negotiate effectively with senior managementWorking knowledge of digital marketing and CRM software Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or related course of study required4-6 years of experience in professional service marketingExperience with Big-4 or national accounting/professional services firm a plusProactive and self-motivated team player who is able to work independently, take initiative to drive marketing programs and collaborate with highly-driven professionals in a demanding work environment Superior Microsoft Office skills (eg, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Knowledge of marketing project management and automation tools, familiarity with Marketo, Microsoft CRM, On-24, Workfront a plusUnderstanding of social and digital platforms including LinkedIn, Twitter and FacebookA' Your CR Advantage:Competitive salary and benefits401k Match Profit SharingDiscretionary annual bonuses and spot bonuses25 days of Paid Time Off + 10 Holidays + 5 early closing daysA' Learn moreConnect with us /company/cohnreznick-llp /cohnreznick CohnReznick is an organization committed to diversity and inclusion to drive our business results and create a better future every day for our diverse employees, clients, partners, and communities.
