We are actively seeking a Store Manager for our Marlow Heights, MD location . Are you a Match? The ideal candidate will have proven experience overseeing the success of store sales, operations, financial position, market share growth, and area contribution. The Store Manager provides excellent customer service by maximizing Roberts Oxygen store resources and capabilities to support and achieve the company's growth and financial goals. Job Requirements:Responsibilities and requirements may include but are not limited to: Assesses store area potential and develops annual store business goals to ensure continued development of current business and the addition of new business. Responsible for store yearly sales, gross profit, and net contribution forecast. Supervises inside sales, drivers, and fill room operators. Assists in vacation scheduling and branch staff training. Processes end of day sales report, daily deposits, open orders and confirmation of all tickets. Manages and monitors store inventory and properly merchandise goods in the retail/branch store. Effectively advocates, questions, and listens to acquire information on needs, wants, position, and interests of the customer. Develops strong internal working relations creating partnerships to resolve conflicts between employees or departments. Stays aware of current products, services, and industry trends. Represent the Company and proactively maintain customer and employee relations. A' 3 years of sales or related experience in the compressed and medical gases industry. Strong computers skills and usage of FACTS and Microsoft Office Products to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and internet searching. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to lift 75 pounds. Class A or B CDL driver's license with hazmat and tanker endorsements preferred; ability to obtain such within 3 months. Excellent driving record. What's in it for you?
