Instructional System Designer - Sr Location: Quantico, VA Clearance: Top Secret/ SCI Eligibility We are currently seeking a Instructional System Designer - Sr to join our team in Quantico, Virginia (US-VA), United States (US). Supporting all courses and Program Managers in the Cyber Education and Training Unit: Tasking include, but are not limited to: Comprehensively evaluate and periodically document lesson plans, courses, and curricula. Ensure that course materials are developed using the appropriate technical manual for training development. Ensure that all CETU presentation and training materials are reviewed, approved, and stored in accordance with the policy. Ensure that copyrights are observed and written permission is obtained to use the materials owned by another entity. Collect, compile, and analyze evaluation data from the appropriate Kirkpatrick Model levels (1, 2 and 3) and use this analysis to periodically update and improve the cyber training curriculum. Develop and improve cyber-focused investigative training that is part of the cyber training curriculum. Support all aspects of course development and the Cyber Academy. The NDFS Instructional System Designer (ISD) will apply adult learning theory, including theA' ADDIEA' model toA' Analyze,A' Design,A' Develop,A' Implement, andA' Evaluate curriculum for the NDFS client. Responsibilities will include job task analyses to identify training needs at different stages of career development. In addition, ISD(s) will analyze training needs, create terminal and enabling learning objectives, select learning strategies and delivery systems, develop training content, implement training, and conduct evaluations of the training.
