Loan Officer- Rockville, MDDirect Hire- In Office roleMust be NMLS Licensed as a Mortgage Loan OriginatorA' Responsibilities:Identifies potential customers and recommends loan solutions in accordance with lending guidelines and clients' requirements.Develops and prepares loan solutions and refers products and services to the clients' reviews, analyzes and processes residential real estate loan requests and packages them as necessary.Works closely with in-house loan processors and other office staff to ensure a smooth lending process for mortgage transactions.Completes each loan application and all pre-processing functions in a timely manner to permit the good faith estimate to be mailed within the required three business-day period.Manages a portfolio of customer relationships, obtains and compiles necessary financial information for loan processing.Collects and analyzes customer financial information for multifaceted and/or complex borrowers.Qualifications:Good sales, organizational, managerial and interpersonal skills.Ability to develop and maintain client relationships.Outgoing professional personalityDrive, enthusiasm and the desire to learn and earnA' We are an equal opportunity employer and make hiring decisions based on merit.
