Our client in Arlington, VA is looking for an Accounts Receivable Supervisor with Deltek Costpoint experience across all contract types. This individual will ensure that accurate invoices are created and submitted in a timely manner. The successful candidate will have the skills listed below and will be able to apply their knowledge towards the monthly billing cycle.Daily Responsibilities:- Provide oversight, guidance, review of, and post invoices created by team members- Process monthly/biweekly billing run for a wide variety of customer and contract requirements- Generate Deltek Costpoint invoices electronically and provide to customer via email or customer portal, including backup detail and status reports as needed.- Communicate/collaborate with Project Managers to ensure accurate invoicing- Analyze payments and collect as needed; follow-up on payment discrepancies- Review and post Cash Receipt prepared by AR Team- Perform account reconciliations, research and resolve unexplained reconciling issues- Maintain electronic project invoice files- Provide customer service to internal and external customers and answer billing related questions- Assist with other department job duties including accounts receivable, accounts payable, expense reports, tax filing, etc., as needed.Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance - Deltek Costpoint experience - Excellent computer skills including Excel, Outlook, and PDF documents- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize tasks- Work well in fast paced, deadline driven environments and work well under pressure and with a team- Ability to lead team members and provide guidance and direction- Must have at least 4-5 years of experience in billingJob Requirements:Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance - Deltek Costpoint experience - Excellent computer skills including Excel, Outlook, and PDF documents- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize tasks- Work well in fast paced, deadline driven environments and work well under pressure and with a team- Ability to lead team members and provide guidance and direction- Must have at least 4-5 years of experience in billing
