ResponsibilitiesA' Systems Testing and Integration Engineer of the Cloud Assessments and Solutions Engineering Team supporting HQDA CIO G6 Enterprise Cloud Management Office (ECMO) with development ofA' the Army Cloud based on a hybrid, multi-cloud solution focused on moving the Army to its objective state of convergence. Support the assessments engineering team and the Army mission area enablement teams in the development of concepts, requirements and the capabilities for the cloud and cybersecurity architecture, engineering and operations services.Provides the technical leadership and direction in implementing enterprise information/data management practices. Responsible for leading and engaging in information/data management projects including the Enterprise Information Architecture, information models and flows, data dictionaries, data standards, and data quality standards and processes. Responsible for developing and maintaining the logical Enterprise Information Architecture that enables seamless information interoperability of systems from transaction systems, document management systems and information delivery systems. Proven experience in developing information architectures aligned information lifecycle management. Proven experience performing conceptual, logical and physical data modeling with data modeling tools and database design in complex, large-scale data environments. Proven experience in transactional data modeling, dimensional modeling and object oriented modeling. Proven experience in developing scalable design of entities using advanced data structures (eg, tall tables) is a plus. Experience in developing data models that support, inter alia, time dependency, historical tracings, taxonomies (simple and complex), and multilingual data. Knowledge of application modeling languages/techniques (eg, UML, OML, entity relationship modeling, DFDs) including the ability to create and read the associated diagrams. Proven experience creating enterprise models incorporating master and reference data. Experience in creation of data dictionaries, defining metadata management approaches and governance processes. Experience in developing and implementing IT architecture plans, Enterprise Information Architecture standard and guidelines, software development methodologies and strategic plans. Experience in developing data sharing standards and architecting scalable service oriented solutions. Solid understanding of transaction and information systems, data warehouses, data marts, ODS, MDM methodologies and life cycle as well as ETL and MDM technologies. QualificationsRequires:Edu/Exp: HS 16+ Years, BA/BA 10+ Years, or MA/MS 8+ Years.Experience with Enterprise Architecture (EA), facilitating meetings and working sessions related Enterprise Architecture, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to collect data and conduct EA and GAP analyses.In depth industry experience and systems integration and software testing engineering.Familiar with government architecture frameworks such as the Federal Enterprise Architecture and DoDAF and Business Process Model and Notation.Experience supporting architecture development and maintenance, portfolio management, and/or acquisition management.Requires DoD 8570 IAT Level II certs.PREFER:A cents € cents At least 3 years of demonstrated experience delivering cloud architecture and DevSecOps toolchains in AWS, Azure or other mainstream CSPA cents € cents Demonstrated experience in the modernization/migration of applications from on-prem to cloud environments using Agile methodologies and DevSecOpsA cents € cents Demonstrated Systems Engineering (configuration management, requirements management/writing, architecture, interfaces) experienceA cents € cents Familiarity with NIST RMF, FedRAMP and other cloud security guidance and requirementsA' AWS Certified Solution Architect Associate or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate.Highly desired - AWS Certified Solution Architect Professional or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert About PerspectaWhat matters to our nation, is what matters to us.
