LOCATION: Fredericksburg Ballpark - Fredericksburg, VAMissionTo assist the Director of Operations in achieving annual sales and profits in overall operation, while exceeding guests' expectations through strong leadership and management skills.Major Areas of ResponsibilityAll performance standards are achieved through the use of the Core Signature Guidelines.OperationsHas strong attention to detailEnsures team members have the tools necessary to complete their jobsEnsures show quality standards are maintained at all timesBuilds and maintains strong relationships with clients, guests, subcontractors, not-for-profits and PSC team membersSupports and communicates PSC initiativesRespond and assist in any departmental guest service issuesExecutes all menus, promotions and programs as outlined by the Director of Operations in accordance with PSC standardsActs as a liaison with team, including partner's operational team, PSC team and other areas as needed to ensure efficient operational performanceTake part in development of all menus, promotions and programsEnsures that daily walkthroughs are being conducted in both FOH and BOH for every eventControlsThoroughly and accurately uses applicable PSC systemsEnsures that all security, safety and sanitation standards are achievedAchieves daily sales and assigned cost goalsAchieves assigned budget goalsEmploys good safety and sanitation practices, especially Covid-19 protocolsFollows and enforces responsible alcohol service policiesAssists Director with required daily reporting in a timely mannerAssists Director with required department reports are completed and information is compiled at month end closingEnsures team members adhere to PSC Company guidelines as stated in team member training manual and employee handbookForecasts and adequately schedules team members to meet operational needs and desired targetsTeamUses all performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to teamPromotes a cooperative work climate, maximizing productivity and moraleConducts regular scheduled meetings to ensure lines of communication are open between management and team membersInterviews, hires, trains and develops team membersDisplays a positive attitude towards team membersMentors department managers to develop their skills and leadership abilitiesLeadership and Internal Relationship BuildingPromotes a cooperative work climate, maximizing productivity and moraleConducts regular scheduled pre-shift meetings to ensure lines of communication are open between management and team membersDisplays a positive attitude towards team membersLevy is an equal opportunity employer.
