ECS is seeking a Senior Identity Management Engineer to work in our Washington, DC office. Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.Job Description: This person will be responsible for the successful planning and execution of the ECS Identity management strategy through the planning, deployment operationalization and support of Identity management systems and services. This person will use the Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) solution to implement required functionality, policies and processes across a global and complex environment. We are currently expanding our team to support our federal customer, a world-wide recognized organization responsible for law enforcement and intelligence efforts. This project is to provide senior level guidance and management for a Federal Identity and Access Management team.As a SME in Microsoft Identity Manager and other related technologies (such as Active Directory) this person's primary responsibilities are the following:Ensure the full Identity Management lifecycle (create, modify, suspend, remove, etc.) is executed reliably and based on defined security policies and principles.Maintain operations of the Identity Management software infrastructure and support problem solving for directories, applications, and other solutions.Develop the Identity Management automation processes for support of daily operations and the gathering of directory performance information.Integrate Microsoft Identity Manager into a variety of other platforms - using out-of-the-box management connector agents (such as PeopleSoft) and in other cases custom development of management agents.Provide performance metrics such as operational and technical reporting.Required Skills:Must have a Top-Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility4 Year Bachelor's DegreeDeep knowledge of the Microsoft directory services technology stack, including Active Directory Domain Services and Active Directory Lightweight Directory Services, along with a working knowledge of competitive technologies.Working experience with SQL Server 2016 or later.Knowledge of Office 365 integration and provisioning including Azure AD and AD Connect.Good understanding of MS Exchange and other messaging platforms.Deep understanding of PowerShell scripting.Ability to read and understand code.Desired Skills:Microsoft Identity Manager training/certification with 3 - 5 years of solid hands-on experience in Identity management systems and services (Active Directory, identity management solutions).An understanding of enterprise / systems / networking security principles.Good understanding of competing federation technologies and virtual directories.Maintains an understanding of all current and emerging identity management technologies, open system standards, management technologies as they relate to the support infrastructure.Develops, documents and supports scripts required to deliver a variety of Identity synchronization solutions.ECS is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate or allow discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, age, national origin, citizenship, disability, veteran status or any other classification protected by federal, state, or local law.
