Our ideal candidate is someone who understands our unique business needs and can provide effective solutions while following DevOps practices. All applicants must have at least a bachelor's degree in computer science (or a related field), scripting skills, and experience utilizing cloud services platforms, such as Azure or AWS (Azure preferred).Job Responsibilities:Design, create, test, and implement Microsoft Azure servicesPerform migration planning and execution of multiple servers into cloud infrastructure.Assist with deployment of cloud-based infrastructuresScripting skills or experienceCollaborate with vendors and developers to troubleshoot issues and provide application support.Monitor and troubleshoot server-network connectivity, server operation and performance issues.Able to identify, troubleshoot, resolve, and clearly communicate issues.Configure Active Directory user and computer accounts for cohesive access between Linux and Windows environment.Familiarity with DevOps practicesRequired Skills:Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related fieldExtensive knowledge and experience with the installation, configuration and troubleshooting servers running Microsoft Server 2012 / 2016 server operating systems.Experience with IIS Webserver AdministrationSubstantial knowledge of Microsoft's Active Directory technology for Authorization and SecurityExperience with OpenShift/Kubernetes architecture and designExperience with cloud computing services, such as Azure or AWSExperience in installation, administration and optimization of enterprise MS SQL Server Database is preferredScripting in PowerShell is "plus"Knowledge or experience in LINUX, Apache Tomcat, Oracle is a "plus"Qualifications:Windows Server Administration in enterprise environment: 4+years (Preferred)Azure or AWS: 2 yearsVMWare or HyperV: 2 years (Preferred)PowerShell: 2 years (Preferred)Must be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
