Adventist Healthcare seeks to hire an experienced Building Maintenance Technician who will embrace our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing.

As a Building Maintenance Technician, you will:
Under general supervision by the Supervisor and Senior Building Maintenance Technicians, the Building Maintenance Technician operates, maintains, and services basic building walls, doors, flooring, plumbing, steam, vessels, pumps, motors, fire protection, nurse call, and other building systems. Ensures proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies and promotes continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices.

Qualifications include:
• High School diploma or GED.
• 1 year of trade experience in building maintenance
• Valid Driver's License

Work Schedule:

Monday-Friday

2:30 pm to 11:00 pm, rotating every other weekend.

    Adventist HealthCare will withdraw offers of employment to applicants who test positive for Cotinine (nicotine) and marijuana. Those testing positive are given the opportunity to re-apply in 90 days, if they can truthfully attest that they have not used any nicotine products in the past ninety (90) days and successfully pass follow-up testing.
