Summary
The MIL Corporation seeks a Technical Program Analyst, Team Lead to support a Federal Government client at our Charleston, SC location. The Lead will be responsible for delegating and developing technical and business analysis teams; creating business opportunities in collaboration with other team leads and managers, and serving as an integral consultant in support of the federal client.

Responsibilities
• Develops vision for team functions and growth
• Mentors direct reports
• Supports implementation of best practices organizationally
• Delegates corporate and client initiatives to subordinates
• Reports on prioritization of projects to senior management
• Participates in hiring process with resume review, interview participation, and hiring decisions.
• Conducts weekly one-on-one and annual reviews for direct reports.
• Responsible for fostering career growth and administrative oversight (timesheets, PPM, PTO request approval) for direct reports.

Required Qualifications
• At least 5 years of experience in supporting technical and business analysis requirements
• At least 3 years of experience leading technology teams
• Expertise with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Proven experience with the software development lifecycle (analysis/design, development, testing, implementation, support) or prior experience with project management
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task while maintaining a professional demeanor

Desired Qualifications
• Experience with CMMI-Dev principles
• PMP or CAPM certification
• Experience with Waterfall and Agile software development methodologies
• Experience with Microsoft Project or Microsoft Project Server
• Experience in software testing
• Experience supporting financial systems
• Knowledge of Federal accounting/financial management policies, practices, operations and procedures
• Experience in transitioning a client/server application to web-based
• Experience with PeopleSoft applications or education
