Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly qualified candidate to join our group in establishing and implementing the Supplier Risk Program in Single-Family. If you enjoy working with partners throughout Single-Family, have strong communications skills, demonstrated leadership skills and are interested in Supplier Risk, then this position may be for you!
Our Impact:
  • We are responsible for the execution and implementation of the Supplier Risk Management program for Single-Family
  • We support the Single-Family Supplier Division Risk Officer (DRO) to ensure compliance with corporate policies and standards related to supplier risk
  • We support Single-Family contract owners in the supplier risk process and provide 1st line monitoring and oversight of supplier risk
Your Impact:
  • Collaborate with Supplier Risk Manager, Third Party Risk Director and SF Supplier DRO to ensure compliance with supplier standards and procedures
  • Implement process to monitor high risk suppliers
  • Partner with Enterprise Supply Chain (ESC) and Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) to work thru supplier issues, remediate supplier risks, provide supplier oversight and monitoring, and effectively collaborate to ensure effective and efficient compliance to the corporate supplier risk standard
  • Work with contract owners across Single-Family to review new supplier engagements, provide input on risk assessments, approve supplier requests, navigate the ESC process, and monitor compliance with standards and procedures
  • Manage annual review process for procedures, identify vital changes, and implement roll out of procedures to partners
  • Partner with Risk and Control Leads to review, analyze and approve supplier findings and risk
  • Understand enterprise and divisional risk policies and standards underlying requirements, and the business requirements for managing and detailing ongoing compliance
  • Analyze Single-Family supplier risk process and recommend enhancements and process improvements
  • Assist with supplier risk reporting
  • Maintain SF Supplier Inventory
Qualifications:
  • 5+years of proven experience working in supplier risk management, supplier management or project management environments
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
  • Prior experience with risk management
  • Outstanding communication, writing, organization, decision making, and customer relationship skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office suite skills, specifically Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
  • Experience demonstrating excellent interpersonal and relationship leadership skills
  • Confidence in consulting with colleagues and processing feedback from senior management, people managers and diverse audiences
  • Focused and versatile teammate that is comfortable under pressure and thrives in an environment with changing priorities
