Project Manager, Principal Associate

As a Project Lead, you will:
  • Drive change initiatives to a successful close by ensuring stakeholders are ready, willing and able to perform effectively in the new environment
  • Drive projects based on defined priorities; ensure scope of deliverables, timelines and budget are met; identify risks and issues and mitigate and / or escalate as needed
  • Plan, design, manage and execute project plans
  • Leverage problem solving skills to ensure project plans deliver on intent
  • Forge relationships with key stakeholders
  • Partner with project customers to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership
  • Establish collaborative partnership with key stakeholders
  • Lead cross-functional delivery teams to deliver impactful business outcomes
  • Prepare and deliver effective communications regarding status of project for both internal and client teams
  • Perform hands-on project work, including analysis, design, process engineering, and change management, as needed by the project
  • Demonstrate organizational agility to adapt to changing demands
  • Maintain key project documentation


Skills & Experience:
  • Experience in Project Management and Process Improvement
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Be self-motivated, able to support and initiate change in periods of uncertainty and ambiguity
  • Contribute positively to a value driven culture and actively participate in strong a teamwork environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Have a strong ability to manage his or her own time effectively and be a self-starter
  • Engage in individual, team and department challenges
  • Highly organized with an ability to remain focused and flexible to an ever changing environment


Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or Military experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in Project Management


Preferred Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of experience in Real Estate Project Management
  • At least 4 years in Microsoft Project
