Boutique Real Estate Investment & Management Company is opening an office in the Baltimore area as part of our strategy to shift our Multifamily Portfolio from the Texas area to the Mid-Atlantic/Northeast Region. Our goal is to purchase 1 to 3 properties over the next 6 to 12 months in the Mid-Atlantic region. We are looking for a bright, articulate, motivated, and goal-oriented individual interested in a unique opportunity to get in on the ground floor and grow with the company. This individual will work closely with, and report directly to, the company owner.Description of role:Acquisitions. Assist in the identification of Multi-family properties to add to the portfolio. This includes touring the properties and coordinating with third party companies to perform due diligence during the investigative period. Additionally, the individual will help coordinate all aspects of the acquisition process including financing, marketing, and staffing.Management. Oversee the hiring of staff at the properties. Oversee and support property managers, including the current property manager at our Class A Loft property in New Jersey.Operations. Oversee & assist in property management activities: lease administration, property maintenance, budgeting, forecasting, capital improvements, marketing, collections, resident relations, expenses, reporting, and training.People Development. Develop, mentor, and lead a high-performing, cohesive companywide team.
