You'll build business and real time systems using Python, JavaScript, HTML, and other languages in an iterative development environment. You'll analyze the needs and the environment to make sure the solution you're developing considers the current architecture and operating environment and future functionality and enhancements. You Have: -2+ years of experience with developing in a modern development language, including Java, C++, C#, and Python -1+ years of experience with setting up, troubleshooting, and programming simple hardware connections to microcomputers, including raspberry pi's -Experience with the Software Development Life Cycle -Secret clearance -HS diploma or GED Nice If You Have: -Experience with using Docker and Docker Compose -Experience with system configuration and data transfer using JSON, XML, and RailML -Experience in developing software to communicate with other systems using UDP, GPIO, or serial communications -Experience with creating software for the purpose of hardware emulation -Experience with using the Agile development processing Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
