Job Description Description: Create and send out customer bills Assist with collections including calling and emailing customers Process credit card payments and issue credits to customer accounts Prepare and submit 50-100 customer invoices daily Ensure the accuracy and completeness of customer bills Help customers with any questions and resolved errors Manage customer accounts including setting up payment plans and making sure bills are paid on time Prepare daily reports on outstanding invoices Create monthly reports to track revenue at month-end and quarter-end Prepare and submit lien waivers Prepare and submit contractors' AIA billing for time and materials Provide W-9 and customers' certificate of insurance for new customers Skills: billing, administrative, data entry, excel, invoicing, Great Plains, collections, sub contractors Top Skills Details: Invoicing, Excel, Billing Additional Skills & Qualifications: -Proficient within Excel -3+ years of billing experience Experience Level: Entry Level About Aston Carter: Aston Carter is a distinguished global provider of recruitment and staffing services to companies requiring highly specialized business professionals.
