Parker + Lynch is currently partnering with a growing real estate firm in Reston, VA on a Property Accountant search. This fast-paced team is looking for a well-rounded professional who is hands-on and can help with a variety of projects. Salary is based on experience, and may range from $60K - $75K. Responsibilities: * Enter journal entries into the general ledger, prepare accruals, and assist with month-end close * Perform AP and AR * Assist in managing lease administration including running daily cash receipts * Assist with special projects as needed Qualifications: * Bachelor s degree in accounting * 2+ years experience in accounting * Previous experience in property accounting strongly preferred * Yardi software experience preferred * Strong communication skills This is a full-time, in-office role.
