The Battlespace Awareness Portfolio / IS&R Capability Governance Support shall work closely with government leads in the Portfolio for issues impacting the BA programs. Assist the government lead as a supporting point of contact for Congressionally Directed Actions (CDAs), assist tracking of congressional marks and actions, and provide assistance for required briefings, spreadsheets and other products as necessary for the Director. Serve as BA Portfolio Capability Integration Board (CIB) Secretariat with duties to include the following: schedules forums; recommends and finalizes issue topics; interfaces with Senior BA CIB members for coordination and decisions; and prepares minutes for the BA Director's approval. The BA CIB will be held as requirements dictate within the Directorate. Work closely with government leads providing all support for drafting, coordination, and staffing of all Memorandums of Agreement put in place for cost-share agreements and policy decisions. Provide direct support to the scheduling, coordination, and execution of the Defense Intelligence and Security Integration Council (DISIC).Assist the government leads in the oversight of BA Capability Area Deep Dives and Focus Teams in all matters concerning the administrative functions of the teams to include briefing, IT support, and meeting minutes.Perform as the office security specialist. This involves being knowledgeable of security requirements and procedures; and performing personnel, physical, and information security work as required. Additionally, responsible for ensuring classified burn bags are disposed of in accordance with applicable regulations and procedures; conducting training to office personnel on security requirements and procedures; and coordinating personnel security clearances with other agencies and departments as needed. Serve as the safety officer, ensuring all personnel are accounted for in the event of evacuation drills (actual and practice).Requirements:Bachelor's degree, or Associate degree plus two years of experience, or four years of experienceFive years of experience of which a minimum of two years must be specialized in systems design and analysis, capability programming and analysis, functional requirements analysis, or modelingUnderstanding of the Requirements Process (JCIDS)Understanding of the DoD PPBE SystemKnowledge of basic ISR Systems and CapabilitiesArrangement of technical exchange meetings and preparation of technical materialsClearance requirements:Active Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI clearance)SDL2017
