Deputy Site Lead - TS/SCI Clearance - Wiesbaden, Germany Deputy Site Lead TS/SCI Clearance Wiesbaden, Germany US Army Europe is looking for an experienced technologist and manager to function as an operational lead in support of the USAREUR G2 in Wiesbaden, Germany. An ideal candidate for this position has a background successfully gathering business requirements and exceeding customer expectations by leading people to deliver efficient technical solutions. Successful applicants will have at least ten years experience in project management, have previously held a leadership position, and have truly outstanding communication and technical writing skills. A qualified candidate is expected to: Oversee the day-to-day operation of a staff of 20+ IT personnel with a range of skills, including a help desk, network and system engineers, knowledge managers, and software developers. Develop and provide high-quality project reporting for delivery to stakeholders at multiple echelons. Collect requirements from customers and prioritize resources to ensure timely completion of deliverables. Identify and communicate team or procedural performance issues to management and coordinate resolution. Assess project risk, perform contingency planning, and ensure continuity of operations. Facilitate the procurement of resources to satisfy requirements. Generate documentation and artifacts to satisfy contractual requirements. Perform all additional management duties as required. A BS/BA in information technology or related industry training in performing systems administration support is preferred. Candidates must be TS/SCI cleared. A current DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification is required at time of hire. ITIL V3 Foundation Required. Candidates need 4 years of related experience. PMP certification preferred. We are GDIT.
