Job Description Peraton is seeking a motivated, customer-oriented, Senior Agile Analyst to coordinate and coach our development team to enable self-organizing teams that are flexible and fully productive during sprints and provide a robust and agile Platform as a Service (PaaS) environment. * Manage timelines, resolve problems and coach team members on Agile methodologies and how to apply the Scrum framework; guide development teams to higher Scrum maturity * Plan deliverables and help teams monitor performance * Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups * Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests * Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint * Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration * Point of contact for external communications (eg from customers or stakeholders) Required Qualifications * Possess a minimum of 10 years' relevant hands-on work experience in a scrum master role * Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement) * Excellent communication and servant leadership skills * Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability * Requires current TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance * SCI actively used within the last 2 years * Polygraph within the last 5 years Desired Qualifications * Possess a Scrum Master certification Peraton drives missions of consequence spanning the globe and extending to the farthest reaches of the galaxy.
