ReliaSource is seeking a full-time Service Delivery Manager/Administrator (DPI Solution) - The DT resource for Service Delivery Manager shall have the skill set to act as a manufacturer certified full-time on-site customer service operator at WRNMMC to perform the following duties: -Staff performing hands-on roles involving administration of the servers and software included in the DPI solution shall obtain and maintain DoD Secret/Confidential Clearance Eligibility (Revised Federal Investigative Standards (FIS) Tier 3 (T3)), or interim clearance with an open investigation, and maintain this level of clearance throughout the period of implementation. -Communicate with the Information Technology Department Service Support Branch and serves as the subject matter expert (SME) on all aspects of the solution. -Deploy a fleet monitoring tool to manage the daily operation of all DPI devices on this contract.Manage the administration of the DPI servers and the CAC solutions. -Manage and test disaster recovery and failover processes. -Provide troubleshooting, training, and education to Walter Reed staff on the DPI solution. -Create and Update DPI workflows as required. -Share best practices for simplifying workflows. -Utilize and update the WRNMMC request/change/incident/problem management system in accordance with WRNMMC policies to track the status of requests, changes, incidents, and problems. -Support WRNMMC Service Transformation Lead in updating the WRNMMC. -Request/change/incident/problem management system and workflows. -Create and maintain detailed help areas for self-service standard operating procedures (SOP) related to DPI, and DPI Solution. -Image and Re-Image DPI devices with MS Windows 10 and re-configure DPI software when required for troubleshooting and maintenance. -Deploy a fleet monitoring tool to manage the daily operation of all DPI devices on this contract.Assist the Information Technology Department Service Support Branch in a Change Management Campaign to increase end-user usage of paper-free options and automation of processes currently performed as paper-based tasks. -Perform on-going software updates and patches to vendor-provided software and report on the usage of installed solutions. -Perform discovery services to develop scanning workflow processes that can be configured utilizing the provided scan/print solution and the DPI solution leveraging the DPI devices that impact cost savings. -Configure ad hoc departmental workflows utilizing the DPI solution. -Perform troubleshooting tasks related to DPI lease throughout Walter Reed's Bethesda campus into an escalation plan for supportability. -Perform support to any Contractor-provided software as required to meet SLAs. -Develop rules-based printing to support the Commands printing directives. -Upgrade and Test DPI solution on JMED network architecture on all DPI devices. Provide spot-checking to test connectivity on solutions throughout the Walter Reed campus. -The contractor shall assign, change, or re-assign IP addresses as often as needed.Perform other administrative duties as required by this PWS. -Must be Lexmark printer certified or willing to obtain certification.
