PLEASE CONTACT MARY @ FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION As a Technical Surveillance Countermeasures -- Expert, you will work with a team of Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM) professionals responsible for designing, implementing, and administering security systems for the safety of the United States. In assuming this position, you will be a critical contributor to meeting the company' s mission: To deliver innovative, cost-effective solutions and services that enable our customers to rapidly adapt to dynamic environments. Requirements: Clearance Required: US Department of Defense (DOD) issued TS/SCI clearance and able to obtain a US Department of Energy (DOE) Q Clearance, or an active DOE Q Clearance Bachelor's Degree in engineering or closely related field from an accredited university and at least three years of professional Technical Security (TSCM) experience; or a minimum of seven years of experience in conducting US Government level technical surveillance countermeasures missions in lieu of degree Government certification from the ITC in TSCM Highlights of Responsibilities: Provides a broad range of support to a government agency's Technical Security Program Serve as a TSCM subject matter expert Prepare for TSCM missions by performing surveys, reviewing prior documentation, selecting and ensuring that mission equipment is operational, and developing mission plans and schedules Provide verbal reports and written documentation upon completion of TSCM missions Directly oversees the research, selection, modification, design, maintenance, and/or the development of Technical Security equipment and systems Independently and as part of a team, review, analyze, and resolve difficult and complex technical security problems Resolve or recommend solutions to overlapping and conflicting security requirements by utilizing knowledge, skills, and abilities, including the ability to interpret various directives, rules, and regulations May oversee the duties of other contract personnel, and coordinates the activities of direct hire personnel ALTA IT Services, is an established leader in IT Staffing and Services, specializing in Agile Transformation Services, Program & Project Management, Application Development, Cybersecurity, and Data & Advanced Analytics.
