To see what career opportunities we have available, explore below to find your next career!Duties and Responsibilities:Conduct roving patrols.Provide static installation access control.Perform static perimeter security.Operate the Electronic System Surveillance (ESS).Perform other duties as assigned.Job Requirements:Must be a US Citizen.Must have a valid and current Top Secret Security Clearance with eligibility for SCI.Shall have a minimum of two (2) years experience in security, law enforcement administration, or operations experience in Armed Forces, civilian police or commercial security agencies within the past five (5) years.Shall possess and maintain the necessary physical dexterity and stamina to ensure accomplishment of assigned missions including but not limited to walking guard under local types of weather and terrain conditions, pursuit of intruders over rough and hazardous terrain, around structures or over low obstacles, and the initiation of immediate action in emergency situations, such as fire, theft, accidents, sabotage, explosions, natural disaster, and acts of terrorism.Shall be well versed in the requirements of the contract.Must be able to pass a physical fitness test (20 pushups in 2 minutes, 25 situps in 2 minutes, and 1 mile in under 10 minutes).Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening; position is also subject to random drug screening throughout the course of employment.Present a neat and clean appearance.Basic or Advanced Certification as a Security Guard is preferred.Certification as an Electronic Security System Operator is highly desirable.Current Certification in CPR and First Aid is preferred.If prior military, must have an honorable discharge.Must have a current driver's license.Must be able to pass a detailed background investigation at a frequency as required by contract.Must be able to pass a physical approving candidate for overseas work.Must be able to meet the physical requirements dictated by project requirements.Preferred QualificationsStrong written and oral presentation skills.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Excellent organization skills.Proven ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously.Strong initiative.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Caliburn International is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
