Trains, coaches, and mentors employees on how to deliver the best customer service and achieve the team Service Level Agreements. Maintains and enhances customer services by organizing and evaluating service and delivery systems, and procedures. Works with other department supervisors to promote a high morale environment and assist other functions of the service desk as needed.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:BA/BS plus 5 years experience OR equivalent combination of education and experienceTS/SCI with polygraphMust be able to multi-taskA team player and have the ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentMust poses good communication and customer service skillsShift: Monday - Friday between the hours of 6am-6pm including some weekends and holidaysCWIP - IAT level I Compliance:Persons performing in this support role make the CE (Compute Environment) less vulnerable by correcting flaws and implementing IAT (Information Assurance Technical) controls in the hardware or software installed within their operational systems. Persons performing these functions, regardless of their occupational title (eg system administrator, help desk technician, information system technician etc.) are identified as part of the IA (Information Assurance) workforce and must be able to support requirements to recognize potential security violations, take appropriate action to report the incident as required by regulations, and mitigate any adverse impact in accordance with policy.
