Meade, MD US Must be a US citizen Security Clearance: TS/SCI This position is contingent upon award Job Summary The contractor shall p rotect critical unclassified DoD program and technology information resident on, or transiting, Defense Industrial Base (DIB) unclassified systems and networks. Identifies, monitors, and assesses foreign intelligence efforts attempting collection of sensitive national security information on US persons, activities, and interests, including threats posed by emerging technologies to US operations and interests. Applies understanding of foreign intelligence capabilities/activities and US and foreign partner CI capabilities and TTPs for in-depth analytic research and production of all-source CI studies and contributes to developing CI strategies. Conducts, develops, produces, and presents programs of instruction in specified collection operations TTPs, and related or supporting processes, relevant to the various human intelligence and technical intelligence operations under DoD authorities. Key Accountabilities * Conduct analysis of known or suspected FIE collection activity against compromised US Army technological information. * Produce intelligence products including initial information reports and formal information reports for Damage Assessments, as well as Cyber Intrusion Damage Assessment (CIDA) briefings. * Initial information reports shall focus on a broad overview of FIE collection activity against identified compromised technologies. * Produce written intelligence assessments to identify CI threats against US Army interests. * Performs research, analysis, and production of FIE Threat Assessments, Multidiscipline CI Threat Assessments (MDCITA), FIE Threat Briefings, CI Notes (CIN), ASRs, responses to RFIs, and analytical support to named operations. * Validate information and develop tradecraft to build assessments for counterintelligence clients. Knowledge and Skills * Must be knowledgeable & current on information, tools, and methodologies within the intelligence field. * Must be knowledgeable & have experience in the Counterintelligence or Human Intelligence Communities. * Must be knowledgeable& possess an understanding of various collection platforms within the Intelligence Community. * Must have the ability to explore new data sources, build effective queries, and combine information from disparate sources, including SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT, MASINT, open-source, and more. Experience and Education * Master's degree is desired, but experience can be substituted in lieu of a degree. * Must have a minimum of 12 years of experience conducting CI analysis with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years. * Graduate of in-residence Fundamentals of Intelligence Analysis course or Military Service equivalent required. Physical Requirements and Work Environment * Normal office environment. Travel * Domestic travel may be required for training and program coordination. * Travel is estimated to be up to 20%.
