Type of Requisition: Regular Public Trust/Other Required: None Job Family: Intelligence The successful Technical Targeting Analyst, identifies communication links and associated networks, conducts development and provides recommendations in support of future technical collection and targeting efforts. He or she will perform link analyses on new and existing networks in order to identify access vectors and vulnerabilities. They may obtain current overhead imagery of all high priority targets and produce advanced visualization mapping products for Intelligence Community leaders. They will use various technical targeting tools to identify, task and exploit selectors associated with targets, target organizations and networks. Required : 10 or more years tracking targets via exploitation of telecommunication, social, terrorist and financial networks 10 or more years supporting teams on sponsor projects, associated cable writing and other sponsor correspondence Demonstrated experience supporting HUMINT/SIGINT enabled operations with both OCONUS partners and via unilateral accesses Desired : 5+ yrs mapping/visualization tool experience such as ARCGIS, Google Earth or other equivalent tools and knowledge of national imagery extraction and analysis systems Experience in the South Central Asia AOR and with CT targeting efforts Proficient in the use of research and targeting tools, resume mining databases and financial tracking tools Proven efficiency in tasking FISA and properly handling and minimization of FISA data null We are GDIT.
