We are growing and we need to add Carrier Relationship Reps to help us continue to fulfill our customers shipping needs! What does a carrier rep do? Our carrier reps are the driving force behind the success of the company. When you join our team you will be providing the service that our customers need by handling shipping needs. Our customers shipping anything that you can image and some things you probably never even thought of, from points across North America. Our motto is you ship and we deliver, and you will be the reason it is delivered. How does a carrier rep do that? It starts by developing relationships with the carriers and drivers and providing them with the best support and service in the industry. Carrier reps call their drivers and carriers to offer shipments that customers have booked with us. The carriers reps also negotiate the best price for the shipment with carriers, and then manage the orders from pickup through delivery. The carrier rep is the main point of contact for all parties until the shipment is delivered. Priority 1: Provide the best service in the industry. Priority 2: Negotiate the best rate you can, the more you make the company the more you make. Priority 3: Build relationships with carriers and drivers. What to expect on day one? Training and more training. We will teach you everything you need to know to move any type of shipment and how to negotiate the best rate possible. Our success is dependent on your success and we will do everything we can to help you achieve it. What makes a successful Carrier Rep? Our carrier reps that are the most successful are strong at communicating, have the ability to multitask, and the drive to succeed. They are also high energy, enthusiastic workers that are confident in their decision making. In the end, these positions are all about challenging yourself.
