Seeking an experienced ISR subject matter expert to support functional management and readiness for the Air National Guard (ANG) Targeting Enterprise, select ANG all-source intelligence units and intelligence personnel within the ANG Air Operations Centers. Candidates selected for this position will interface with staffs at headquarters, major commands and units to facilitate training, resourcing, manpower, systems, technical, and concept of operations issues. Candidates interested in this position must have proven the ability to work independently and have working knowledge of ISR policies, and procedures. Work location is Joint Base Andrews, MD. Required Experience/Skills Current Top Secret Clearance and SCI eligible with current SSBI 15 years' experience in or with the military at various echelon Good understanding of the ANG and/or Air Force targeting enterprise Experience working in/around mission sets including Air Operations Center, Measurement and Signatures Intelligence (MASINT) and/or Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) Experience working manpower authorization and readiness issues Familiarity with ANG and AF planning, programming, budget and execution processes Working knowledge of intelligence system acquisition, operations and sustainment Exemplary attention to detail and articulate communications and staffing skills including writing and briefing Demonstrated ability to work independently/proactively and as part of a team Intermediate knowledge of Excel and databases Tasks Analyze the portfolios functional and system issues and propose solutions to requirements Communicate NGB guidance to the field and coordinate with ANG unit commanders to ensure compliance with USAF, MAJCOM, or ANG policy Serve as the point of contact for issues involving systems acquisition, integration and installation Draft, and at the governments direction, implement portfolio-related ANG unit deployment policy, manpower authorizations and requirements in accordance with AF and ANG regulations and other directives to maximize ANG ISR combat readiness Participate in unit site visits and ISR system installations/upgrades as tasked Draft recommendations for unit requirements and draft policy inputs regarding the best use of ANG assets to support MAJCOM requirements and to maximize operational readiness Prepare position papers, background briefs, assessments, and fact sheets as required by the staff, leadership or for White House, Congressional, Gubernatorial and TAG inquiries Seeking an experienced ISR subject matter expert to support functional management and readiness for the Air National Guard (ANG) Targeting Enterprise, select ANG all-source intelligence units and intelligence personnel within the ANG Air Operations Centers.
