**On\-Site Supervisor Description Cloud Lake Technology, an Akima Company,** is an industryleading Technology and Mission Services provider, delivering experience\-drivenand cost\-optimized solutions for complex business problems for our customersacross the federal, commercial and public sector markets\.**Job Summary:**Weare seeking candidates to serve as **On\-SiteSupervisor** on a large IDIQ contract within the federal law enforcement industry\.The work location is in Arlington, Virginia\. This role will be under the direct supervisionof the Program Manager and will work in tandem with the Deputy Program Managerand Program Manager in ensuring successfully contract delivery to thegovernment customer\. The ideal candidatewill have experience effectively supervising teams of Contractor employees inthe timely execution of their work duties while simultaneously ensuring highquality work product and compliance with contract specifications\.**Responsibilities:**+ Supervise employees to ensure effective and timely processing of work assignments\.+ Review the work completed by contractor personnel and ensure that procedures, operations, and directions issued by the Program Manager have been complied with and satisfactorily implemented\.+ Monitor the workflow to ensure minimum backlog and maximum productivity\.+ Prepare documentation regarding any performance deficiencies\.+ At the discretion of the Program Manager, the On\-Site Supervisor shall brief newly assigned personnel regarding duties and functions as assigned, and monitor their progress\.+ Maintain time and attendance and production logs of each employee supervised and shall certify the accuracy of the information\.+ Maintain personal time and attendance records as well in coordination with the Program Manager, who is responsible for ensuring that it is accurate, complete, and submitted in a timely manner to ensure proper billing and payment procedures\.+ Perform other admin and supervisory duties as assigned by Deputy and Program Manager\.**Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:**+ A minimum of two \(2\) years in asupervisory role supporting multiple teams\.+ Strong oral and written communicationskills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management\.+ Experience with interpreting, managingand executing federal contracts\.+ Experienced in ensuring all contract tasksand deliverables are identified and completed in accordance with contractrequirements\.+ Skilled in the areas of team supervisionand management with an emphasis on motivating team members to ensure highquality, consistent service delivery\.+ Strong operational skills that includethe ability to develop and implement strategies and action plans to achievedesired objectives\.**Required:**+ Bachelor's degree for an accrediteduniversity+ Must be US Citizen+ No criminal record+ Ability to pass creditscreen \(no unresolved / outstanding credit issues\)+ Ability to obtain andhold Public Trust+ Ability to pass governmentbackground investigationThe duties and responsibilities listed in this job descriptiongenerally cover the nature and level of work being performed by individualsassigned to this position\.
