This position will prove basic system administration of systems including but not limited to security and access control system operation and logical reorganization of security assets within the security application. This position requires an individual who is keen on learning new applications and capable of critical thinking and problem solving as well as working independently.Position Responsibilities:* Gather and analyze ticket information to align security assets in accordance with the device naming templates* Define and create system level access management in cooperation with the customer and existing standard access levels for each location* Generate system reports and analysis of data to provide detailed progress reports of logical reorganizationPosition / Candidate Requirements* Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and may meet eligibility requirements, including US citizenship, for access to classified information; a DoD Secret clearance is required.* Education: Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a Related Engineering Discipline* Bachelor's Degree and 0-2 years of experience or* Associates Degree and 4- 6 years of experience or* High School GED and 6+ years of experience* Required Experience / Qualifications:* Experience with a Microsoft Windows environment* Ability to adapt to a changing environment and workload* Strong Oral, Written and Presentation Skills.* Demonstrated background working with multidisciplinary teams.* Demonstrated time management and organization skills to meet deadlines and quality objectives.* Strong Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint Skills* Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% - 50% of the time.Desired / Advantageous Qualifications* Security+ Certification* Experience with Physical Access Control Systems (AMAG Symmetry, Software House C-Cure 9000, etc)* Familiarity with creating, updating, and completing tickets in a ticket-management systemAbilities* Exposure to computer screens for an extended period of time.* Sitting for extended periods of time.* Reach by extending hands or arms in any direction.* Have finger dexterity in order to manipulate objects with fingers rather than whole hands or arms, for example, using a keyboard.* Listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences.* Communicate information and ideas in speaking so others will understand.* Read and understand information and ideas presented in writing.* Apply general rules to specific problems to produce answers that make sense.* Identify and understand the speech of another person.
