Cellebrite Job Description We are looking for an experienced and sales-oriented hunter to approach new leads/businesses and qualify them. Your role is to follow-up on leads, initiate the first contact to identify potential prospects and to convert these into quality leads. You will work closely with the established Enterprise Solutions (ES) Sales team, and pass leads and new business onto them, using best practices to engage with the customer. If you are customer-oriented, own a positive can-do attitude, have good organizational skills and enjoy working closely with sales, this role may be for you. Key Responsibilities Implementation and deployment of communication tactics to qualify / disqualify prospects Using best practices to generate leads and growth Educate and guide customers to the products they either need or do not yet know about Representing Cellebrite via email, phone, social media and other means Partner with the sales team to optimize lead handoff Office Location: Vienna Qualifications & Experience: Location: Vienna, Virginia - DC Metro Area Minimum 2 years - SDR/BDR or Telemarketing Including Cold Calls Bachelor's degree in communications, social psychology or business advantage Experience working with governmental agencies and/or Fortune1000 Enterprises Proficiency in Salesforce LinkedIn Sales Navigator Expert Excellent speaking/listening skills and ability to engage prospects over the phone Excellent customer service and customer orientation experience Spanish &/or Portuguese language proficiency - a plus Work week: Monday to Friday Soft Skills: Strong capacity to develop relationships quickly over the phone Highly organized Self-motivated Persistent Energetic and enthusiastic Natural born evangelist Can work independently as well as in a team Proficient written and verbal communications Cellebrite: Digital Intelligence for a Safer World Digital data plays an increasingly important role in investigations and operations of all kinds.
