The Learning Coordinator role at Dewberry focuses on supporting Dewberry's internal learners. As part of the Training and Development team, this role will help the team plan and deliver training initiatives enterprise-wide. This includes working with internal stakeholders, testing and uploading eTraining courses in the learning management system (LMS), working with external vendors, documenting processes, and assisting in managing and reporting on training records. This position requires amazing customer service skills, a commitment to responsiveness, and a desire to support the Training and Development team's mission to advancing the careers and skills of Dewberry employees.

  • Assist the Training and Development team plan and deliver different face-to-face, virtual, and eTraining courses
  • Supports vendors and internal facilitators to coordinate and deliver face-to-face and virtual training sessions
  • Assists with catering and material assembly for face-to-face courses
  • Helps stakeholders and learners locate and enroll in needed training courses
  • Serves as an LMS super-user within the Training and Development team
  • Helps learners access and enroll in courses through the LMS
  • Tests and configures eTraining courses
  • Generates reports showing training completions, evaluations, and other metrics for the Training and Development team and management
  • Creates custom training certificates
  • Researches, documents, and tracks compliance with different licensing boards for continuing education
  • Creates accounts for learners in third-party training platforms
  • Assists with the documentation and improvement of training processes

Required Skills & Required Experience

  • Exceptional internal customer service skills
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills, particularly with remote stakeholders
  • Fluency with the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 0-2 years of experience
