Our associates are the heart of Capital One and our commitment to diversity, inclusion and belonging (DIB) are valued at our core. We empower our associates to do great work by creating an inclusive culture that values diverse perspectives, fosters collaboration, and encourages innovative ideas. A workplace where everyone feels safe, seen, heard, valued and able to bring their best, most authentic selves to work. We call this our Culture of Belonging, and it rests at the heart of our Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging efforts.

We constantly analyze our approach to DIB leadership, which is itself informed by both external voices and internal experiences. We've steadily increased our investment in DIB by growing our recruiting approaches and pipelines in order to attract diverse top talent, building sophisticated and industry leading DIB education and training for our leaders and associates, expanding the reach and impact of our Business Resource Groups (BRGs), and creating breakthrough programs and solutions that accelerate the deep embedment of our DIB principles across our organization. We are building an innovative and strategically bold DIB agenda focused on not only growing DIB in our workplace, but also in leveraging the depth of our expertise and the reach of our resources to advance equity, inclusion and belonging across our communities.
