Job Summary/Company: Sparks Group has partnered with a local agency in northern Virginia who is seeking a Program Assistance Navigator to provide support with applications for housing assistance. This a contracted and immediate need to go through end of year. Bilingual Spanish/English with a background in customer service is highly preferred. Responsibilities:
  • Will assist applicants with application process to ensure document and form completion
  • Follows up with applicants with missing documentation or needed clarification
  • Submits documents into database
  • Will translate Spanish/English as needed
  • Utilizes both LaserFiche and GoToMeeting apps

Qualifications/Background Profile:
  • Excellent customer service and organizational skills
  • Comfortable assisting applicants both in person and over the phone
  • Outstanding communication skills both verbally and written
  • Comfortable working autonomously and flexible with work shifting directions
