Job Summary/Company: Sparks Group has partnered with a fast growing tech start up that is currently looking for an experienced Training Program Manager to join their Member Support training team. This is a high volume, multi-channel contact/support center where you will be responsible for overseeing multiple training programs; everything from creation and development to facilitation. This person will manage a team of trainers and ensure that they are given the proper resources and tools to be effecting and successful in their roles. If you have experience training at the corporate level in a hyper growth, tech environment this may be the job for you! *This position will require you to work onsite daily *Must be a US person

Responsibilities:
  • Create, develop, implement and facilitate training program initiatives
  • Oversee, manage and mentor a team of trainers
  • Work closely with Member Support, Operations and Quality Assurance to guarantee the optimal functionality of Member Support Representatives.
  • Create training content, continuously work to improve quality of training programs, conduct edits to ensure quality assurance, provide feedback and behavior and performance, handle customer escalations for training purposes
  • Take on various administrative functions as they align to the role
Qualifications/Background Profile:
  • Bachelors degree
  • 2 + years experience training in a business or corporate setting
  • Previous experience in a management position, overseeing a project or program
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Excel, Tableau and knowledge of MAC
  • Proven ability to make technically complex material digestible to a wide audience
  • Self starter; ability to ramp up quickly with little supervision or hand holding
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Prior experience with graphic design/content creation
