Responsibilities:
- Utilize strong attention to detail to input data
- Provide general administrative and clerical support utilizing MS Office
- Accurately sort and process customer invoices
- Generate reports in Excel
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Provide outstanding customer service to assist with scheduling and calendar management
- Post on Social Media sites
Qualifications/Background profile:
- Recent, relevant, previous office support experience
- Excellent phone etiquette with strong interpersonal skills
- Strong time management skills
- MSOffice computer proficiency
