LPN SITE MANAGER NEEDED - PERMANENT POSITION
One of the largest healthcare providers is seeking a talented and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse Site Manager to join our growing organization. This position is based out of one of our satellite locations in DC and is responsible for the direction and supervision of all patient care services and other health care activities. The LPN Site Manager will supervise all Certified Nurse Assistants on site, perform nursing duties such as evaluating clients, wound care, medication management and administration, sign up and schedule new clients, interface with doctors and other duties as assigned.

Hours: 8am to 4:30pm Monday - Friday
Type: Permanent position with benefits

Job Requirements
Qualification:
- Active DC Licensed Practice Nurse license or willing to apply for DC LPN license.
- Experience in CCRC, Nursing home, and/or home care.
- Two years of nurse supervisor experience.
- Experience excellent communication skills.
- Very strong computer skills.
- Excellent tenure.
- Highly organized
- Very proactive and have excellent multi-task skills.
