The Analyst will support the development of financial plans, improve complex processes and assist with enhancing financial performance of the organization.   • Compile and analyze reports to develop actionable plans based on results; convey recommendations and conclusions to leadership
  • Collaborate with team members and cross-functional leaders to prepare for periodic operational performance review
  • Recognize key business drivers, track performance while explaining variances and identify risks and opportunities
  • Collaborate with management to map out metrics and KPI's to create dashboards and track financial progress
  • Support financial analysis, forecasting and other finance functions across the organization as needed
  • Provide plans to management around financial modelling, forecasts and profitability
  • Apply out of the box thinking to develop strategic plans, process improvements and business operations
  • Support other special projects and assignments and performing related duties, as assigned
  • Develop and sustain solid relationships with client personnel and identify opportunities to provide additional services

Qualifications/Background Profile:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or related technical field
  • Industry certifications such as PMP, CPA or CGFM preferred
  • 8+ years of financial planning, analysis and project management experience working with federal agencies required
  • Expertise in Financial Management System Data Analysis/Reconciliation, Federal Interagency Agreements, Process Reviews, Development and Re-engineering
  • Understanding or experience with Oracle Applications is a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to effectively communicate ideas and work collaboratively with teams
  • Ability to skills to interpret large volumes of financial data and develop into complex reports
