The Systems Engineering Manager role leads a team in support of a broad range of server, storage, infrastructure applications, business applications and clinical applications. This role works closely with the team to manager relationships with infrastructure platform and application vendors to ensure systems are secure, reliable, and efficient. This position will primarily perform as the final escalation point within the team and determine if an issue requires internal design architecture or vendor support escalation. The technology portfolio supported by the team includes Microsoft/AIX/Linux Server products, SQL Server, Active Directory, Azure, IBM/EMC Storage, VMware, Citrix XenApp and XenDeskop.

• Bachelor's degree in the field of computer science or information technology is preferred
• 8+ years in depth experience with implementing and supporting applications in a MS Windows Server/Desktop environment
• 8+ years in depth experience with supporting general COTS based applications
• 5+ years of experience working in the healthcare industry is preferred
• 5+ years of experience working with clinical applications is preferred
• 3+ years leading teams in implementing and supporting applications in a MS Windows Server/Desktop environment or similar technology
• Network + or similar certification required OR (willing to obtain within 1 year of hire date)
• A+ or similar certification required OR (willing to obtain within 1 year of hire date)
• ITILv3 Foundations is preferred
• At least three primary technology certifications covering one or more technologies including but not limited to server, storage and infrastructure application certifications preferred (ie: Microsoft/AIX/Linux Server products, SQL Server, Active Directory, Azure, IBM/EMC Storage, VMware, Citrix XenApp and XenDeskop)
