Shady Grove Medical Center seeks to hire an experienced Service Coordinator who will embrace our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing.

The Support Service Coordinator will provide professional secretarial and reception support to the Cardiopulmonary and Heart Failure Clinic Services. Work functions include: scheduling, insurance verification, billing, coordinating, and customer and staff support. USC will support clinical staff and provide excellent customer service to patients and families. Skills that will contribute to the department and organizations success include: strong customer service, positive attitude, builds relationships with patients, able to work in high paced environment, and strong computer skills.

Qualified candidates will possess:
• High school diploma / GED
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology required.
• Proficient in PC, Internet and email required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Training in data entry of clinical systems preferred.
