Overview of the Staff Accountant role: * This Controller reports directly to the CEO * Oversee full-cycle general accounting, month-end close activities that are complete by staff of 3 * Extensive Financial reporting * The Staff Accountant will also handle various ad hoc projects as assigned by the CEO Preferred Qualifications for the Staff Accountant: * Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or related degree * 8-10 years of progressive accounting experience * Recent experience with Yardi preferred
