Zachary Piper Solutions is currently seeking a Data Analyst to work for a long term federal contract in Andrews AFB, Maryland. Zachary Piper Solutions is supporting the mission of the Air Force Chief Data Officer and staff. The Headquarters United States Air Force Director of Air Force OFFICE, Mission Directive 1-5, the Air Force Chief Data Office (SAFCO) is established as part of the Secretariat. The Air Force Chief Data Officer has the responsibility of leading, carrying out, reviewing, and ensuring the visibility, accessibility, understanding, linking, and trustworthiness of data across air, space, and cyberspace domains for the Department of the Air Force. Responsibilities for the Data Analyst include Task 1 - Data Quality Management Plan Work with the Data Community to help SAFCO provide the necessary quality information assurances and secure technologies required for the free, open and secure flow and storage of data. Task 2 - Data Maturity Assessment Ensure data in SAFCO purviewoversight and SAFCO products postured to empower data as a strategic asset by developing a plan to evaluate data integration into all Air Force processes. Task 3 - Data Maturity and Quality Metrics Monitoring Create metrics for data quality and maturity. Air Force wide aggregation of data metrics. Create dashboards for monitoring metrics and senior leader. Responsibilities The candidate will create metrics-based policy to assist Air Force functional data communities in data maturity The candidate will help evaluate and create new policies setting Air Force wide data standards The candidate will be responsible for creating and evaluating data against a balanced scorecard. Qualifications for the Data Analyst include 4+ years of Experience as a Data Analyst with a Bachelor's Degree or 7+ years of experience 4+ years of Experience with SQL or similar languages 2+ year of Experience using and managing databases Familiarity of balance scorecard methodology MS Office (specifically MS Excel) Must have an Active Secret Clearance Compensation for the Data Analyst include 90,000-100,000 Annually (based off experience) Full Benefits Cigna Healthcare, MetLife Dental, VSP Vision, 401K with Voya
