  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology.
  • 5 years’ experience in Oracle Utilities Product Suite (C2M, CC&B, MDM, MWM, WAM, SOA) installation and environment management, Oracle Utilities Application Framework (Microfocus Cobol, Java, Groovy Script, SQL), Oracle Weblogic Enterprise Edition/Weblogic Scripting Tool (WLST), and Oracle Utilities Integration Tools and Architecture (XAI/IWS/JMS.)

Job Responsibilities: Develop and recommend solutions and strategies, based on the analysis of customer’s requirements, business goals, objectives, needs, and existing systems infrastructure. Document business processes and utilize knowledge of the Oracle Utilities Product Suite to develop best practice solutions.

Understand the product technologies to be used and apply themappropriately. Plan, coordinate, and administer technical aspects of systemimplementations. Identifypotentialriskandproblemareasanddevelopproceduresthatprovideeffectiveworkarounds to the technical issue athand. Developdetailedspecificationsincludinglogicalandphysicaldiagrams/blueprints,application configurations, andrequirements. Produce Technical Architecture documents, including a project’s Environment Management Plan. Produce technical infrastructure schedules, including resourcing, deliverables and timelines. Conduct technical infrastructure quality assurance reviews to include hardware sizing, conceptual solution and external design, interface design, and upgradeability. Technical Liaison between Client technical team and USP Project Management. Build and maintain all appropriate project environments. Performance tune all environments to optimal results. Assist as needed in code and configuration deployment.

May be assigned to new implementation projects, system upgrade projects, maintenance support projects, or internal research and development projects.
