Attention: Title Processors - Are you available for immediate work? Ready for a new challenge with an established local firm?

We have an immediate need for a Title Process/Escrow Officer to work on a contract basis for a terrific organization based in Washington, D.C. This is a full-time contract role with the potential to convert in the future to full-time employment.

Position involves:

- Processing and conducting quality checks on all documents from lenders and attorneys for accuracy.

- Preparing title company closing documents in timely and professional manner.

- Ensuring complete packages are submitted for approval.

- Providing recommendations to management for process improvement.

- Serving as a liaison between Escrow Processors and Escrow Officers as a subject matter expert.

- Responding to inquiries from borrowers, lenders and attorneys to resolve discrepancies.

- Maintaining and developing strong partnerships with lenders, realtors, attorneys, etc.

Job Requirements

- Must have min. of 1-3 years of experience working at a title company.

- Licensed notary a plus but not required.

- Licensed title agent preferred but not required.
