Responsibilities

This position is located in the District of Columbia Superior Court, United States Marshals Service (USMS). The incumbent serves as a Management and Program Analyst responsible for analyzing existing District procedures to identify more efficient and effective methods for accomplishing program objectives.

Duties also include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Analyzing existing procedures to identify more efficient methods for accomplishing objectives;
  • Recommending improvements to District Management;
  • Overseeing the District financial management program; and
  • Providing technical advice on various District programs.

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: To be considered minimally qualified for this position, you must demonstrate that you have the required specialized experience for the respective grade level(s) to which you are applying:

Specialized Experience: You must have at least one year (12 months) of specialized work experience equivalent to the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service performing the following duties:
  • Provides assistance to organizational leadership to ensure compliance on a variety of issues.
  • Recommends corrective actions for administrative issues.
  • Manages the implementation of procedural changes.
  • Utilizes statistical analyses to evaluate program performance.
