**Federal client looking for US citizen and Permanent Residents with ability to obtain Public Trust Clearance ** The Baer Group is looking for Salesforce Operations Lead for 6 + Months Federal Remote Project. Title: Salesforce Operations Lead Location: Remote Duration: 6 + Months Rate: All-Inclusive Description: Administer an existing application built on Salesforce Classic, including configuration, development, and deployment activities. Maintain and enhance codebase (Visualforce, Apex, and Javascript/HTML) to improve system performance. Modify roles, profiles, and permission sets to maintain alignment customer organizational structures. Validate and execute deployments from pre-production to production environments using Inbound/Outbound Change Sets. Maintain Single-Sign On relationship with customer-identified source systems by generating and/or uploading relevant certificates annually. Prepare application and environment for upgrade to Lightning. Role includes vetting documented requirements from the customer to confirm that the requests will work in the existing Salesforce environment, organizing requirements into development releases, and resolving system performance errors raised by customers and system users. Support will include assisting with transition of application from Salesforce Classic to Salesforce Lightning and ongoing support of the migrated application.
