We are searching for an experienced Roofing Estimator in the Washington, DC area. This person needs to be goal-oriented, a self starter, and have the ability to meet with clients to cultivate new work. Job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Development of master budgets and cost models Provide conceptual estimates of projects Develop and maintain cost databases Provide independent estimates of change orders Develop pre-construction cost estimates Develop clients and bring in new work Job Requirements:Requirements/ Qualifications Solid communication skills both verbal and written Ability to establish timelines and budgets Ability to multi-task Solid, proven and verifiable record of career stability and estimating commercial roofing projects is a must Must have at least 3 years experience working with all types of flat roofing Must be physically able to get onto roofs and perform evaluations of the existing condition Must have experience estimating projects over $1 million Benefits This company cares about and is committed to the well being of its employees and their families.
