Zachary Piper Solutions is looking for a SQL Developer. Primary work location is Arlington, VA, with occasional client meetings in Alexandria, VA. The position will start out remote, but the team is typically only onsite for meetings approximately 1.5 to 2 days per week. Responsibilities bull Design and construct large relational databases bull Integrate new systems with existing in-house structure bull Perform security assessment for potential risks bull Refine system performance and functionality bull Provide architecture guidance and support to technical leads bull Research new technologies and develop proofs of concept Qualifications bull Secret clearance required bull 2 - 3 years of experience bull Strong SQL skills to include SQL application development bull Understanding of SQL, PLSQL(2 years), and database constructs bull Experience with SQL Server bull Experience with softwaredatabase design projects bull Basic understanding of database design, preferably Oracle bull Experience building front facing applications bull Strong technical writing skills highly preferred bull Solid communication skills with the ability to document outcomes of client interactions bull Positive and flexible attitude bull Experience with or knowledge of Oracle Application Express (APEX) highly desired Compensations 80,000-95,000 based on experience Full benefits (Health, Dental, Vision, 401k, PTO, Holidays)
